A $750mm one million square foot mall and a (3) apartment tower complex. DTC monitored the onsite daily field construction and change order cost submittals; forwarded daily written field reports/photos to MB Realty Co. in Chicago for review and discussion. MB Realty, in turn, incorporated DTC’s written construction field reports and photo’s with their financial and technical data and forwarded a concise report to all the Lender’s for our weekly international conference calls.
